These Standard Service Terms (“Terms”) apply to all services and equipment provided by Salt Creek Productions, LLC (“Production Company”) unless superseded by a written agreement.
Services are limited to those listed on the associated estimate or invoice. Any additional services may result in additional charges.
Payment terms are as stated on the invoice. For small service engagements, payment is due prior to delivery or setup unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client shall provide timely and unobstructed access to the venue, loading areas, and service locations at agreed times. Delays caused by venue access or readiness may result in additional charges.
Client shall provide adequate, dedicated, and stable power at the point of use unless otherwise specified. Power must be available at agreed Load-In time. Production Company is not liable for interruptions caused by venue systems or third-party providers.
Client is responsible for loss, theft, or damage to equipment from delivery through pickup, except where caused by gross negligence of Production Company.
Equipment shall be used in a safe and reasonable manner consistent with its intended purpose and manufacturer guidelines.
Production Company retains sole authority over the operation and configuration of all equipment.
Client shall not permit:
Any unauthorized use, modification, or interference with equipment may result in additional charges or liability for damage or service disruption.
Production Company will provide signal delivery and system integration as specified (including but not limited to audio, video, and lighting systems such as HDMI, SDI, Dante, DMX, or network-based protocols).
Client is responsible for content, playback devices, formatting, compatibility, and proper operation of client-provided systems unless expressly included in scope.
Production Company is not responsible for issues arising from client-provided media, hardware, software, or control systems.
Production Company is not responsible for the performance, reliability, or compatibility of client-provided or venue-furnished equipment unless expressly included in scope.
Additional time, services, or changes to scope may result in additional charges at then-current rates.
Cancellations within forty-eight (48) hours of scheduled service may be charged up to the full service amount.
Cancellations outside of forty-eight (48) hours may result in charges for committed labor, equipment allocation, and non-cancelable costs.
Production Company’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the services. Production Company is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Approval of an estimate, issuance of a purchase order, or payment of an invoice constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
